Living a healthy life by not smoking, not drinking alcohol, and also regularly in exercise is a healthy lifestyle by 60-year-old man Anthony Quek.

Industrial engineering entrepreneurs in Singapore is almost perfect life before stroke damage. In December 2014, Anthony claimed to have a stroke for the first time.

How can someone who adopts a healthy lifestyle affected by a stroke? In Spotlight on Stroke at the Carlton Hotel Singapore, he told me that he was shackled in stress because of his job.

"I work too much, too much pressure and stress, unfortunately diabetes is high but never checked, it is not regularly taking medication," he said on Tuesday (13/3/2018).

His determination to recover that made him now undergo quite significant changes. Coupled with a wife who is paying more attention to her. He did not want any family members who experienced the same thing.
