Turns Up Early Can Make More Slim Body

Various ways will be done by those who really want to lose weight. Some people are willing to sacrifice with a strict diet and limit the intake of a lot of food just to make losing weight rapidly. Indeed, the most effective way to lose weight is by managing your diet and exercise routine to burn calories. However, a recent study also shows an interesting fact that will greatly help those who are on a diet program. The fact is; those who get up early it will be easier to lose weight!


Research conducted in 2014 in the United States was conducted by Northwestern University, USA. Of the 54 participants who were studied, those who get up earlier and earlier to get exposure to the sun turns tend to have a body mass index lower. Conversely, participants who tend to get up later in the day, the index Masaa body also tends to be higher. Lead author Kathryn Reid said if the average age of participants is productive adults 30 years and this research is done with a kind of monitoring tool mounted on the wrist that can measure light exposure and sleep cycle. In addition, all participants also had to maintain the same diet for a full week.

The results of this study indicate that sunlight in the morning that impacts a person's body mass index. This study even noted that this influence could reach 20 percent of a person's body mass index. How could this happen? The sunlight turns active role in making the synchronization of the biological clock that will eventually regulate circadian rhythms. This means that those who get the morning sun will get energy balance is much better in his body.

So, when is the best time to get sunlight which can affect the body mass index? Researchers say if the 8 am to noon will be the most appropriate time although the best time to get exposure to sunlight is 20 to 30 minutes in length from 8 o'clock in the morning. If time getting sunlight is accompanied by body workout that burns calories, so weight loss programs can be more easily performed.
