Apart from the problem of insomnia, many people who do have a bad habit of sleeping late into the night. In addition because of the many tasks to be completed, many people who choose to bed very late because their gaming hobby or even just seeing a television show. This habit could actually negatively impact our health. One of the most well-known adverse effects for those who sleep very late is risk of heart attack is very high. If we often sleep very late or even early in the morning, then the immune system can become weaker. The habit of waking in the middle of the night turned out to be made of white blood cells is damaged. In fact, the white blood cells is one of the frontline of the immune system against various diseases. In addition, those who sleep very late are also likely to experience weight gain significantly. A study showed that they were just resting less than six hours a night it could lead to disruption of the body's metabolism and causes weight gain. In fact, many people who stayed up late to consume food and drinks that will certainly make the weight easier ride.
