A woman in Manila, Philippines admitted successful weight loss as much as 13 kg in just 100 days. The secret is not as difficult as imagined, though it is not always easy to implement.
Managa clan revealed his diet secrets in instagram, with accompanying photos of his transformation. This 25-year-old woman started his diet early last year, ending with a very satisfying result recently.
"I did it !!!! I survived 100 days of eating clean and trying to workout everyday! Never really had a cheat day," he wrote, as quoted from his Instagram @margabanaga account.
The secret is not complicated, he simply avoids alcohol, meat, sugar and cheese. In principle, he tried to maintain a 'clean' diet alias always healthy. Not to forget, he also regularly sports. Simple right?
In fact, the process goes through a variety of challenges. In the middle of the program, his brother died and he almost lost his motivation. He was too sad to eat and exercise. Many times he also refused a meal to keep his diet consistent.
Success with the challenge of eat clean for 100 days, Marga did not want to be complacent. He now feels the need to challenge himself more.
"I started thinking about lifting weights, need to push myself even more," he said in a video he uploaded on Youtube.
