MORNING SLEEP COULD INCREASE RISK OF DIABETES AND HEART DISEASE

Many people who go to sleep again after doing quite a lot of activity after waking. Morning sleep is often regarded as a privilege, especially for workers who want to enjoy the extra sleep time on weekends as a time to laze around. Although after waking body will feel fresh and not tired, sleep in the morning before the hour when 11 turned out to be a bad impact to the body.


Affects productivity, Metabolism, and Cause Headaches
Although you feel satisfied for longer able to sleep, to sleep before 11 pm evidently affected the sense of lethargy to perform various activities during the day. Some other diseases that would be able to attack those who like to sleep in the morning is a problem in the digestive tract, anemia or less blood, and also increasingly unbalanced brain function.

With all the badness of the habit of bed in the morning, then we must consider this habit. If we want to sleep enough, then we try to go to bed earlier than usual and should not be passed midnight. In this way, the body was immediately ready and fresh in the morning so we did not feel sleepy before 11am.
