BANANA FRUIT GOOD FOR HEALTH

Bananas and fruit grown in tropical and subtropical areas, Indonesia is included in the tropics so it is not difficult to get a banana. Bananas have high levels of sodium and high in pectin. Bananas are also a source of nutrients and minerals are Vitamin C, vitmain B6, and magnesium. Bananas contain a lot of antioxidants, can protect the body from free radicals that we encounter daily, one example is the sun.


Bananas have a variety of uses that are good for our bodies, among others:
