DO NOT JUMP SHOWER AFTER WAKE

A lot of people who complain of sleep time is getting narrower due to busy time-consuming daily every day. For example, residents of large cities have to be willing to leave early in order to get to work on time given the long distances between work and home stay. With this condition, many people tend to immediately shower immediately after getting out of bed in order to be prepared to go to work. Indeed, the immediate urge to shower, the body can be more fresh and sleepiness was quickly lost. However, after waking shower turned out to be a bad impact on health such as the following.

Although seem trivial, bath after waking up it can make the shock body. Shocked is meant here is the nerves of the body that tend to be surprised. It is characterized by a tendency increasingly berdebarnya our body after bathing. This is because many nerves are not able to provide a balance to move but has been surprised by a shower activity. Blood pressure tends to be unstable and make the blood supply to the brain and heart will be reduced. You would never feel dizzy or unbalanced shortly after waking up, is not it? This condition makes the heart beat as it tries to stabilize blood pressure in an active condition after resting overnight.

Body relax during sleep caused by the blood pressure is evenly distributed in all parts of the body, particularly on the part of the brain. When you wake up and we immediately urge to shower, the Earth's gravity will make the blood tends to flow toward the foot of a sudden so that the function of other organs can be disrupted.

Do not rush to shower immediately after waking up, especially if you have time to sleep is not very ideal, such as when only sleep within 3-4 hours. Take time to sit for a while in bed at least to make the body become more prepared to walk and then you can indulge in the bathroom. If necessary, you can perform like a breath of relaxation, stretching, and drinking water that could make the nerves are stimulated to get up and with normal activity.
