CELLULITE CAN BE CAUSED BY TRAUMATIC CHILDHOOD

One of the problems of skin which is highly undesirable by women is a problem of cellulite. Cellulite is sometimes equated with the appearance of orange peel can make the skin smooth and no longer seemed to make women self-confidence plummeted. Unfortunately, nearly 80 percent of women turned out to have this skin problem. How could this happen?

A psychologist from Venezuela expressed an opinion that turned out to be unique in that cellulite can be caused by trauma that occurred in childhood. This opinion is quite different from the opinions that circulate in the community where cellulite often occurs due to lack of blood circulation or because of the smooth body of the lack of proper exercise. Psychologist named Martha Sanchez Navarro said that if someone greets trauma in childhood, he was unconsciously experienced erratic emotions and emotions can affect the physical appearance by naked eye, in this case is the appearance of the skin. For example, if someone is having a less happy childhood or stressful that makes creativity can not be removed, the emotions pent because these problems can make cellulite appear at a time when the person is an adult.

Although this opinion is controversial, some experts from other fields like health expert named Alexander Barani also agree with this. According to him, the emotional state turns a big impact on a person's physical appearance. For example, some people are more frequently affected by depression or stress it can have more wrinkles or gray hair. In addition, they often get negative emotions like stress or angry and annoyed at something can make a person look dull and unattractive.

If we rule out psychological problems, cellulite itself can be caused due to various factors like heredity, hormonal, environmental, to lifestyle. For example, those who like to consume fatty foods, salt, and carbohydrates but less offset by fibrous foods and also lack water intake makes the body susceptible to get cellulite, especially in the abdominal area, thighs, and buttocks.
