Baby Premature Birth

The birth of a premature baby is one that is fairly rare occurrence. Most women are able to maintain the womb until past 9 months in view of the baby's condition is not absolutely perfect to be born at the age before that time period. Besides good nutrition and also keep pregnant women from stress and fatigue, pregnant women should also perform a healthier lifestyle without alcohol beverages, soft drinks, fast food, or even exposure to secondhand smoke in the home so that the baby can be born with normal in a healthy state.
