At our school, we would often wonder why the sport should ask our teachers to warm up before exercising though our body can directly exercise. Heating was very important because the body would have to adapt in order to indulge louder than usual. If the heating is not done, it could be we will have a dangerous injury. Here are some things that happen when we directly exercising without warming up at all.
Heating during exercise does not need to be long. Enough with 5 minutes to 15 minutes of warming up, the muscles will become weak so that the risk of cramping or injury can be suppressed.
