Initial management is usually done in the ER is laid pasen and flex the head (bending the neck toward the front) to 30 degrees, and then do a CT scan as a check gold standard to determine whether this is an ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke, as a cure for both of them is very different. The principle of treatment of ischemic stroke is a blood clot dissolving or while hemorrhagic stroke is to stop the bleeding. Post-stroke rehabilitation helps individuals overcome disabilities that result from stroke damage. While the TIA itself an "alarm" of the stroke so that even patients with TIA will be "cured" to normal within <24 hours, patients with TIA should still be taking blood-thinning drugs are obtained from a doctor and keep the lifestyle in order to avoid a stroke.
